I am excited to be joining the Herrington Realty team.
I have worked in the field of Property Management and Real Estate sales for over 20 years.
My husband and I have a combined family of 2 sons, 2 daughters, 1 daughter-in-law & 3 awesome grand children. My husband is a former Alabama football player, so our fun time includes going to Alabama football games "ROLL TIDE", spending time with our family and grand babies & relaxing at the beach in Destin several times a year.
I moved here from Birmingham Alabama in 2000. I was born in Georgia, raised in Lousiana until a mid teen, then we moved to Alabama. So, I know how it feels like to have to relocate; at any age.
I found my niche in the Real Estate business at a young age with property management being my first adventure. Someone in my family once told me that as much as I liked new construction & remodeling houses, I should become a licensed agent. It didn't take long for that seed to take root, thus I did obtain an Alabama Real Estate license and worked for large building Company in Birmingham, AL for many years. Upon relocating to the Jackson, MS area in 2000, I worked in the commercial Real Estate Industry for a while and quickly learned my way around the Metro area. I was offered a Property Management position in 2002, so from November 2002 until May 2008, I enjoyed the education, challenges and rewards of the new development and property management industry again. I met numerous people both from this area & relocated. I have been amazed and pleasantly surprised at the business and educational opportunities Mississippi has to offer.
I feel like the experience of having to move around and start my career all over has prepared me and given me compassion and knowledge necessary to help with relocation to our wonderful City, as well as assisting those facing lifestyle changes and needing my expertise and excitement to help with their next major housing or business decision.
I truly feel I am where God wants me to be. I welcome the opportunity to earn your business and I respect that a Real Estate decision is one of the most incredible decisions you will make in your life time.
